Dr. Moy is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who provides a high level of care that prioritizes compassion, assuring his patients always feel comfortable and confident they are in good hands. He also takes a personalized approach to each patient, understanding the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

Dr. Moy’s warm and empathetic approach is complemented by exceptional surgical, dental, and medical expertise. He completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University in New York City, where he pushed the frontier of medical and bioengineering research and was awarded the distinguished I.I. Rabi Research Fellowship. Afterwards, he continued on to complete both dental school and medical school at Columbia University, earning his doctorates in both dentistry (DDS) and medicine (MD).

Dr. Moy completed an extensive six-year residency in general surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Columbia University Medical Center, where he also underwent multidisciplinary training in anesthesiology and plastic surgery. After serving as the chief resident in his final year of residency, Dr. Moy went on to attain his board certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a rigorous endeavor to demonstrate achievement of the gold standard of professional expertise.

His compassion for others and aptitude as a doctor came to light in the spring of 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when Dr. Moy served in the ICUs at New York Presbyterian Hospital to help treat the overwhelming surge of critically ill patients during a very difficult time.

Dr. Moy has extensive, highly specialized experience in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions, complex bone grafting, adult and pediatric anesthesia, 3D virtually guided surgery, orthognathic/corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetics, and more. He has also published in the prestigious Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Journal of the American Dental Association.
